By enrolling in any course or program offered by The Vedic Brick Academy, you agree to the terms stated below.
1. Course Registration and Fee Payment
Enrollment in any course is confirmed only after:
- Submission of the required registration details.
- Successful payment of applicable fees.
- Acceptance of the enrollment by The Vedic Brick Academy.
All fees must be paid according to the payment schedule communicated during registration.
2. Refund Policy
Course Fees
As educational resources, study materials, trainer allocation, and administrative processes are initiated immediately upon enrollment, all course fees are generally non-refundable.
However, refund requests may be considered under exceptional circumstances and solely at the discretion of The Vedic Brick Academy management.
3. Eligible Refund Situations
A refund may be considered in the following cases:
Duplicate Payment
If a participant is charged multiple times for the same registration, the excess amount will be refunded after verification.
Course Cancellation by The Academy
If The Vedic Brick Academy cancels a course before commencement and no suitable alternative is offered, eligible participants may receive a full or partial refund.
Technical or Administrative Errors
Refunds may be issued where payment was collected due to a verified technical or administrative error.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:
- Change of mind after enrollment.
- Failure to attend classes.
- Partial attendance of a course.
- Dissatisfaction due to personal expectations.
- Failure to complete assignments or assessments.
- Scheduling conflicts on the student's side.
- Lack of internet connectivity or technical issues at the student's end.
- Absence from online or offline sessions.
- Franchise application processing fees (unless specifically stated otherwise).
5. Cancellation by Students
Students wishing to discontinue a course must notify the academy in writing via email.
Cancellation of enrollment does not automatically qualify for a refund.
The academy may, at its discretion, offer alternative batches, rescheduling, or credit adjustments where applicable.
6. Course Rescheduling
The Vedic Brick Academy reserves the right to:
- Modify course schedules
- Change class timings
- Reschedule sessions
- Assign alternate trainers
- Shift classes between online and offline modes when necessary
Such changes shall not be considered grounds for a refund.
7. Franchise Program Refunds
For franchise applications:
- Application review fees are non-refundable.
- Training, onboarding, and franchise-related fees may be governed by separate franchise agreements.
- Any refund requests related to franchise programs will be evaluated according to the signed franchise agreement.
8. Refund Processing Time
If a refund is approved:
- Refunds will be processed through the original payment method wherever possible.
- Processing may take 7 to 15 business days depending on banking and payment gateway procedures.
- The academy shall not be responsible for delays caused by banks, payment processors, or financial institutions.
9. Special Considerations
The Vedic Brick Academy reserves the right to evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis and make decisions that are fair to both the student and the institution.
All decisions regarding refunds shall be final.
